Carol Cottingham
Carol J. Cottingham, 79, of Collinsville, born Monday, February 26, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Louis and Mildred (nee McQueen) Walker, and brother Jerry Walker.
Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Ty Cottingham of Collinsville; her three sons, Craig (Crystal) Cottingham of Collinsville, Ty (Tina) Cottingham of Godfrey, and Scott (Darla) Cottingham of Flint, TX; grandchildren, Amber (Zach) Hay, ReeAnna (Brian) Cline, Mariah Cottingham, Shannon (Dillion) Bedsole, Britney (Jacob) Lee, Vincent (Autumn) Cottingham, Hannah (Brenden) Heaton and Andrew Cottingham; great-grandchildren, Beau and Daisy Bedsole, Melody and Maverick Lee, Jensen Cottingham and Addison Hay; sister-in-law, Barbara Walker of Tampa, Florida

“Celebration Visitation” will be held 5 to 7 pm on Friday, November 1, and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Troy United Methodist Church, TroyL.
“Celebration Service” will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 2, at Troy United Methodist Church, Troy, with Rev. Andy Adams officiating.
Richeson Funeral Home in Troy was in charge of arrangements.
