***This site is testing only PRE-AUTHORIZED patients by appointment only.   Testing can ONLY BE SCHEDULED through a healthcare provider.  If you do not have a provider, an area Urgent Care facility may assess and schedule you if you meet the criteria below.

What:            Physician Ordered, Outpatient Drive Thru Testing for COVID19

When:           By Appointment Only, M-F, Noon to 4 p.m.

Where:          2930 North Center Street, Maryville, Illinois
Anderson Healthcare Building on Corner of 159 and 162

Who:              Pre-Authorized Patients with Physician Orders for: (State Testing) Symptomatic healthcare facility workers and Symptomatic first responders (EMS, Fire, Police)

(Quest Testing) Symptomatic person in congregate setting (Group home, Long Term Care Facility) and Symptomatic patient 65 years and older
