Rae Lynn Meyer, Marine village Trustee, Passed Away On April 3

Marine Village Board Trustee RaeLynne Meyer passed away at Barnes Hospital on Friday April 3, 2020.

Meyer had served on the Board of Trustees for seven years and was the chair of the Finance Committee. Mayor John Molitor said “She will be missed by the board. She did a lot”.

Molitor could not disclosed the cause of death but said that she had been in the hospital since Wednesday and was not related to her cancer or the Corona Virus.

Meyer was one of the five committee members that organized the Balloons Over Marine the last five years.

Flags are flying at half staff at Village Hall and village businesses.
