Jarvis Township Announces Flu Shot Clinic

Andrea May, Jarvis Township Supervisor, is pleased to announce that the Township will once again offer free flu shots to all residents of Jarvis Township, ages 18 and above, on Friday, September 25th. The shots will be given from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.at the Wiesemeyer Center located in the Tri-Township Park, 410 Wickliffe Avenue, Troy.

Volunteer nurses from Anderson Hospital will administer the shots. The Township will be able to supply serum for approximately 700 people.

Proof of residency will be required for the free shots. For anyone outside of Jarvis Township who wishes to receive a shot, a $15 fee will be charged. A donation of canned goods to Ministries Unlimited Food Pantry would be appreciated.

If you don’t cry when receiving your shot, you’ll be eligible for a cookie, courtesy of the Troy Senior Center!

Do or will they provide proof of flu shot for school enrollment purposes?
