Time and Place of Openings of Bids
Collinsville Township will be accepting sealed bids for the resurfacing of Woodridge Ct. and Kimberly Ct. until 3:00 PM on May 5, 2021, at the Collinsville Township Highway Commissioner’s Office located at 1407 N. Bluff Rd., Collinsville, Illinois. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Collinsville Township Building located at 305 E. Main St., Collinsville, Illinois at 11:00 AM May 6, 2021.
Description of Work
The project consists of approximately 7,573 square yards of surface milling, 1,388 square yards of pavement patching, 636 tons of hot-mix asphalt surface course, and associated appurtenances for the resurfacing of Woodridge Ct. and Kimberly Ct. The project has a completion date of August 1, 2021.
Bidding Instructions
Bid packets are available from Collinsville Township at a cost of $25.00 (non-refundable). IDOT prequalification is required. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any technicalities.
