Troy City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday with no new business on the agenda, but several departmental reports expected.
During the Mayor’s Comments portion of the meeting, Mayor David Nonn is slated to speak on the American Rescue Plan Act, the upcoming presentation of the Traveling Vietnam Wall and Trunk or Treat, set to take place 1-4 p.m. Oct. 29 at Waterman’s Floral and Border Street.
The Administrative and Community Services Committee, the Finance and Economic Development Committee, the Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Committee and the Public Works Committee are slated to give reports.
Resolutions on the agenda include joint funding with IDOT for phases two and three of Clay Street reconstruction, a budget amendment for a non-budgeted final bill from IDOT and a resolution concerning a business district redevelopment agreement with developer Gayle Frey.
A resolution is also slated regarding the stormwater, erosion and sediment control at Stonebriar Manors phase two.
