County Appointments Are Approved

Rodney Caffey, an attorney with an office in Godfrey, has been reappointed to a three-year term as code adjudication hearing officer for Madison County, effective retroactively to this past July 25 and continuing through to the same date in 2025.
The reappointment, as approved by the Madison County Board, was authorized at its most recent meeting along with another for three years naming Laura Burton to fill a position on the county health advisory committee left vacant on June 30 by the resignation of Laura Hughes.
Scott Marks was reappointed to a three-year term through September 2, 2025, on the Chouteau Island Drainage and Levee District Board.
Brendan McKee has been appointed to a four-year term, set to expire June 30, 2026, on the county’s emergency telephone system board, replacing Dan Gonzalez who resigned effective this past June 30.
The reappointments/appointments were brought forward to the county board by its government relations committee of which Chris Guy of Maryville is chairman with other members including Dalton Gray of Troy, Ryan Kneedler of Collinsville, Judy Kuhn of Trenton, Robert Pollard of East Alton and Gussie Glasper of Madison.
