Several Collinsville athletes named to Fall SWC all-conference teams

With the fall sports season almost wrapped up, the Southwestern Conference has released its all-league selections for the fall of 2022.
Boys soccer
CHS won its third consecutive league title this fall and went 17-4-2 overall. Because of that stellar play they were well-represented on the all-conference team.
Adam Reiniger, Dane Compton, Landon Mahat, Bryson Bode, and Trey Peterson were all selected 1st team All-SWC.
Nick Horras was named honorable mention.
Reiniger, a junior, was also named to the IHSSCA All-State team for the second consecutive season. He scored 24 goals this season with six of them being game-winners.
Bode, a senior, scored five goals and was named all-sectional while Peterson, a junior, knocked in eleven goals to garner honorable mention all-sectional.
Mahat had three goals while Compton anchored the defense.
Horras was in goal for CHS this season. He compiled a 1.02 goals-against average with seven solo shutouts. He recorded a 16-3-1 mark for the year in goal.
Girls volleyball
The Kahok volleyball team had sisters make the All-SWC this past season.
Addy Johnson was named to the 2nd team while Aubrey Johnson was named to the honorable mention team.
Addy led the Kahoks with 298 assists and was second in serve percentage with a 92.22 percent. She was third in digs with 154 and blocks with 14.
Aubrey led the team with 220 serves with only eight errors for a 96.36 percentage. She led CHS with 20 service aces. She also led the Kahoks with 170 digs and was second on the team with 122 kills.
Girls Tennis
Alyssa Garcia was named to the 2nd team for her play in singles this fall.
Cross Country
Andrew Gonski was named to the honorable mention team for boys cross country.
