Triad Girls Bowling team headed to sectionals

The Triad Girls Bowling team placed third at regionals on Saturday, Feb. 4, which was hosted at Bowl Haven Lanes in Alton. The top four schools with the most pin fall advance to sectionals, which will be held Feb. 11 at Bel-Air Bowl in Belleville. Also advancing with Triad are: the Collinsville Kahoks, who placed first; the Highland Bulldogs, second place; and the Jersey Panthers, fourth place. 

Triad’s total pinfall for the day was 4627 with a high team game of 870. The team individually had the following high games: Senior Kaylee Broadfield 162, Junior Ava Burrelsman 199, Sophomore Riley Reeves 148, Junior Clara Doubet 132, Senior Haylee Harper 184, Junior Brylee Proffitt 215.
