Michael Todd Weller

Michael Todd Weller, 48, of Troy, IL formerly of Rochester, IL, passed away on Tuesday,
March 14, 2023 at his home in Troy. Mike was born on November 17, 1974, in
Springfield, the son of Terry and Sharon (Fitzpatrick) Weller. He married Nicole
Humphreys on April 28, 2006 and she survives. Mike served in the US Army and retired
after 21 years of service and worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation AS A
Highway Maintainer. Mike deployed overseas in both OIF and OEF. He was a member of
VFW Post 805 in O’Fallon, was an avid fisherman, St. Louis Cardinals fan, Sci-Fi and
Star Wars fan, and loved all animals.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; one uncle, Louis Weller; and one niece,
Regan Marie Hunt.

Mike is survived by his wife, Nicole; parents, Terry and Sharon Weller; brother, David
(Liz) Weller, their children Vincent and Arabella parents in law, Russel and Christine
Humphreys; sister in law and brother law, Danielle and Ian Hunt, their children Kaitlyn
and Liam Hunt; Uncle Marty (Dominique) Fitzpatrick and Aunt Debbie (Charles)
Thompson.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 27 from 10:00AM until the time of the Memorial
Service at 12:00 at Wilson Park Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St in Rochester. Burial will
follow at 1:00PM Camp Butler National Cemetery where Mike will receive military honors
from the Inter-Veterans Burial Detail.
Memorial donations may be made to any local VFW or any animal rescue.
