Four seats open, only one contested race for Troy Council

Out of four seats up for grabs on the Troy City Council, only one ward has a contested race.
For Ward 1, incumbent Tony Manley is running unopposed, as is incumbent Troy Turner in the Ward 2 race. Incumbent Debbie Knoll is running unopposed for her seat in the Ward 4 race.
In Ward 3, incumbent Daniel Dawson will strive for reelection against Jim DeCarli. Both are running as independents.
