Jayda N. Fulkerson

Jayda N. Fulkerson, 21, of Marine, IL, born Thursday, January 17, 2002 in Maryville, IL and passed away suddenly on Friday, September 15, 2023 in St. Jacob, IL.
Jayda attended Marine United Church of Christ, Marine, IL.  She was a graduate of the Triad Class of 2020.  She was working at Boeing as a Support Coordinator and attended Central Methodist College and Colorado State University studying Cyber Security.  Softball was her sport of choice and enjoyed playing for Triad and Illinois Espirit.  Jayda enjoyed traveling especially when she was going to a Greta Van Fleet Concert with her friends and other fan club members.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert L. Fulkerson Jr.; grandmother, Donna S. Fink; great-grandparents, Calvin Fink, Hugh Cunningham, Barbara Fulkerson, Leroy and Mary Chasteen.
Surviving are her parents, Robert L. “Bobby” III and Heather (nee Cunningham) Fulkerson; sisters, Baylee and Layla Fulkerson; and her brother, Brayden Fulkerson; grandparents, Hugh and (Penny) Cunningham of St. Jacob, IL, Donna Fulkerson of St. Jacob, IL; great-grandparents, Jean Cunningham of Troy, IL, Joan Fink of FL, and Robert Fulkerson Sr. of Troy, IL; her cousins, Peyton, Paige and Lacey Cantu and Abigail and Madilyn Harshany; aunts and uncles, Cheri (Andy) Prusa, Kristyn (Mike) Cantu and Chris (Nicole) Cunningham; great-aunts and uncles, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held 5 to 8 pm on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL and 10 to 11 am on Friday, September 22, 2023 at Marine United Church of Christ, 111 N Center, Marine, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, September 22 at Marine United Church of Christ, with Rev. Phil Kershner officiating.  Interment in Friedens Cemetery, Troy, IL
