Lions of Illinois hosts 5th Annual Roar-In’ Charity Car Show in St. Jacob
If you love vehicles on two wheels, four wheels or ones that work in the fields, you should make a point of attending the Lions of Illinois Foundation’s (LIF) 5th Annual Roar-In’ Charity Car Show. Cars, trucks, tractors and motorcycles are welcome.
The show will be on Douglas Street in front of the village’s activity center on Sunday, Oct. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with awards presented at 2 p.m. The first 100 vehicles to register will receive dash plaques. Awards given will include Top 10 and Best in Show.
Other activities include silent and 50/50 auctions, a Lotto Board Auction and a disc jockey. Food and soft drinks will be available for sale form the Lions Club. All proceeds benefit LIF Vision Services.
