Troy woman participated in Cycle Across Illinois July 9-12

Megan Luther of Troy is among those who are participating in the 22nd Annual Cycle Across Illinois benefitting Illinois Concerns of Police Survivors event. It’s a bike ride from the campus of SIUE in Edwardsville to the Chicago Police Department. Riders left SIUE on July 9. They arrived in Chicago on July 12. (Alex Paz/PazImages photos)
