NOTICE** REGARDING ANNUAL TOWN MEETING SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 14, 2020

Due to current and logistical issues relating to COVID-19, the Annual Town Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. has been cancelled.

For our area that is Collinsville, Jarvis, Pin Oak, St. Jacob and Marine Townships. All had their annual meeting scheduled for April 14 at their Township Buildings

Executive Order 2020-22 dated April 7, 2020, Section 1. states “The provisions of the Township Code, 60 ILCS 1/30-5(a) and 305(b), requiring that each township’s annual township meeting for calendar 2020 be held on either April 14, 2020 or April 21, 2020 are suspended through the duration of the Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamations.”
