Joint Review Board Meeting On Glen Carbon Orchard Town Center Is Today, May 10

A joint review board meeting about the eligibility for the Orchard Town Center TIF District/TIF Plan will be held on Monday, May 10 at 4 p.m. at the Glen Carbon Village Hall.

Although this is not a public hearing, the public may attend. Masks and social distancing are required.

Representatives from the taxing entities affected will be there. These include the village of Glen Carbon, the Glen Carbon Fire Protection District, the Glen Carbon Centennial Library District, Madison County, Lewis and Clark College, Edwardsville Township, Edwardsville Road and Bridge and the Edwardsville School District.

Action taken, if any, would be sending a recommendation to the village board and a review of the timetable and next steps. The Village Board would then discuss it at its June 22 meeting at Village Hall at 7 p.m.
