Father McGivney Catholic High School meets tonight to discuss expansion
Father McGivney Catholic High School in Glen Carbon is hosting an open meeting at 7 p.m. today to discuss plans for future expansion.
The meeting will be held at the high school, 7190 Bouse Rd, and will feature discussion by the school’s president, principal, development director and members of the board, according to a news release.
“The reputation of FMCHS is growing not just locally but throughout the Dioceses of Springfield and Belleville,” FMCHS Principal Joseph Lomabrdi said in the release. “Families from our feeder schools and beyond want their children here at FMCHS. With growth has come the need to expand for our current and future students.”
Topics will include current challenges, additional parking and the commons area, additional classrooms and storage and future plans, according to the release.
