HSHS Holy Family Hospital expands services to include pain management
New service line will provide patients with comprehensive care
By Tribune Staff • HSHS Holy Family Hospital now offers Pain Management Services, a new hospital service line that will provide comprehensive pain management care to Greenville and surrounding communities.
“Living with chronic pain can affect every aspect of a person’s life, from work and family activities to overall health and well-being,” said Rebecca Martin, Manager of Operations at HSHS Holy Family Hospital. “We’re pleased to bring these specialized pain management services closer to Greenville, giving patients access to advanced treatment options and personalized care plans designed to help them find relief and improve their quality of life.”
Patients will experience a personalized pain management plan based on their needs, which may include medications, targeted injections or procedures, physical therapy, and practical lifestyle strategies to support long-term relief.

Holy Family’s pain management providers offer a variety of advanced, minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat chronic pain conditions. These include epidural steroid injections and nerve blocks to reduce inflammation and interrupt pain signals, facet joint and trigger point injections to address spine and muscle-related pain, and joint injections for painful arthritis or injury. Additional treatment options include radiofrequency ablation for longer-lasting pain relief, spinal cord stimulation for certain chronic pain conditions, kyphoplasty for painful spinal compression fractures, and Botox injections for select headache and pain disorders.
