Maryville hosts first Concert in Park at new American Legion Entertainment Pavilion

Maryville Parks and Recreation hosted its first Concert in the Park on June 6 with the Granite City Swing Band. More than 200 people enjoyed the music from the 1940s. Stephanie Nunes was the featured vocalist. The GC Swing Band is the first in a series of Concerts in Park for the new American Legion Entertainment Pavilion located in midtown MaryvIlle.
Maryville‘s first Movie in the Park will be “How to Train Your Dragon” on June 13 at 7 p.m., again on the new stage in Firemen’s Park. Street parking and the Mother of Perpetual Help Church parking lot, which is available after 5 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs.
