University of Arkansas Dean’s List includes area students

By Tribune Staff •  The University of Arkansas announced students who earned a spot on the Dean’s List for the spring 2026 semester.

Students recognized for this outstanding academic achievement have earned a grade-point average of 3.75-3.99 during the semester while completing at least 12 credit hours required for graduation. School of Law students are named to the Law School Dean’s List by earning a 3.0 grade-point average or higher for the semester.

Local students included on the Spring 2026 University of Arkansas Dean’s List include:

Abigail Fister of Maryville, Organizational Management and Leadership Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Sam M. Walton College of Business

Ella Smith of Glen Carbon, Advertising/Public Relations Bachelor of Arts, Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences

“These students have worked incredibly hard to earn a place on the Dean’s List this spring, and I’m pleased to congratulate them on this outstanding academic achievement,” said Provost Indrajeet Chaubey. “I also extend my thanks to the family members, friends, mentors and faculty whose encouragement and guidance contributed to this success. Their support makes a meaningful difference, and I look forward to seeing these students continue to excel at the U of A and in their future careers.”
