Triad student athletes compete, win at Special Olympics in Bloomington

Editor • Linda Kowalski, Triad’s director of special education, gave the superintendent and board members a report on the district’s Special Olympics performance this month in Bloomington.
“On June 12 and 13, our student athletes competed at the State Track and Field Games held at Illinois State University in Bloomington,” she said. “Our athletes brought back a total of 19 medals.”
