Troy sets public information review, comment forum on July 8 for proposed shared-use path along Bouse Road
By Tribune Staff • The City of Troy will hold a public information meeting concerning a proposed shared-use path located along Bouse Road. The meeting will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. at Father McGivney Catholic High School, 7190 Bouse Road in Glen Carbon) in the school’s student commons on Wednesday, July 8. A brief presentation will begin at 4 p.m. with an open house immediately following to provide the opportunity to discuss the project and provide comments.
All interested parties in this project are invited to attend this meeting, where the City of Troy and their consulting engineering firm, Oates Associates, will be available for questions. Preliminary drawings, maps and aerial photography will be provided. Written comments will be received at the time of the meeting or at the office of Oates Associates (100 Lanter Court, Suite 1, Collinsville, IL 62234) for a period of 10 days following the meeting.
This is a federally funded project and the meeting is being held in compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements and the Illinois Department of Transportation’s public involvement policy.
