Claims information for Ameren Illinois customers

By Tribune Staff • Ameren Illinois customers may qualify for damage assistance as a result of a power outage and then only if certain conditions are met. The conditions for damage assistance eligibility as a result of a recent outage are subject to Illinois Commerce Commission rules and related legal authorities, and applicable company protocols.
