Thirteenth Street will be milled and repaved between Old Trenton Road and Poplar Street while 12th Street will get its makeover from Mulberry Street to Poplar Street. Troy’s City Engineer, Jeff Voss, said milling should be completed on June 30, followed by street patching before and after July 4.

During the week of July 13, paving will begin. After the mainline streets are complete, crews will repave the intersections involved then finish with manholes and other utility access points.
