William Anthony Mills, Sr. (Bill), 86 of Troy, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

He was born on June 9, 1940 in East St. Louis, Illinois.  

Bill is survived by his wife of 60 years, Judy (née Boyd) Mills; children, daughter Rhonda Mills Tracy of Puyallup, Washington, son William Anthony (Tony) Mills, Jr. of Florida, Robert (Bob) Harold Mills (Cheryl) of Olympia, Washington, Walter Thomas (Tom) Mills (Michelle) of Missouri, Randall (Randy) Dale Mills (Aimee) (Collinsville, Illinois); seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Florence (née Ward) Mills, sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Ann (Jerry) Grow, Nancy Marie (Don) Barsch.

Bill was a member of the McCray Dewey High School, Class of 1958.
