Maryville Board Reports on Anticipated Expenditures and Revenues for FY 24/25

MARYVILLE — The Village of Maryville Board of Trustees on Wednesday, July 17 approved an ordinance and a report that outlined revenue and expenditures for fiscal year 2024-2025. The approval of Ordinance 2024-46 appropriated funds for the operations of the Village for the fiscal year. Total funds appropriated were $19,884,100.

During the old business, the Board approved the report for anticipated revenues for the fiscal year 2024-25. Total anticipated revenues are $14,378,905.

In addition, the Board approved the fire call pay for the period of April 2024 through June 2024. Pay is determined by a point system based on training and meeting hours and calls answered at $20 per point. The approved expenditure was $10,002 for five firefighters.

Village residents are encouraged to attend the Movie in the Park on July 27. Featured will be “Meg 2.” There is also a Concert in the Park scheduled on August 3. Trilogy Band will perform.

The next meeting of the Village Board will be held on Wednesday, August 7 at 6:30 p.m.
