When complete, there will be 32 three-bedroom, two-bath apartments of about 1,365-square-feet each and 24 two-bedroom, two-bath townhomes of about 1,250-square-feet each. There will also be 50 single-vehicle garages for tenant parking and a community center with shared amenities and a gathering space for residents.
Workers broke ground in late March; construction should take 18 months, though it’s weather-dependent. The company expects completion in late 2027. Wilken has four other rental properties in Highland plus two in Carlyle.
