Orchard Town Center to welcome Oberweis store this autumn

By Kathy Turner • With construction of a new Oberweis Dairy Store underway in Orchard Town Center, it represents one of the center’s newest tenants.

Located at 2443 Troy Road, the store will be a store and café and open next to the KoKuu Ramen and Sushi Bar on the center’s southern side.

Featured will be Oberweis products, including glass-bottled milks, butter, cheese as well as yogurt and eggs. A small café will also offer drinks and baked goods. 

Current Orchard Town Center tenants include junior anchor Dick’s Sporting Goods, Jetset Pilates and KoKuu plus outlot tenants Plaza Tire, Club Car Wash, Olive Garden, Heartland Dental (under construction), Chick-fil-A, Panda Express and Dutch Bros. The anchor store, the area’s first Meijer, is expected to open in 2027.
