Troy PD adds new officer, promotes 3 others
Officer Chris Rice was sworn in on June 16 as the city’s newest police officer. Three other officers received promotions. Jessica Callahan and Austin Cripe are now sergeants while Sgt. Justin Christ is now a lieutenant.
